Episode 138 is all about the painful experiences we have while in conflict and how knowing and trying to use NVC while in the midst of a conflict can be doubly painful. So, why do it? Dr. B and Heather discuss the difference in outcomes when using NVC versus doing all the old habitual stuff we tend to do in conflicts. Even with the discomfort, both hosts agree NVC is worth the pain.
