In this Episode, Dr. B and Heather have an in-depth discussion about the violence we see in schools and it's connection to the lack of learning focused on how we interact and communicate with one another. Dr. B basically make a plea for change and also talks about how learning these new social emotional skills is not a quick fix; there must be commitment and openness to new learning in this area so our systems can see change for the better.
